One piece two chamber biological septic tanks

The one-piece modular two-chamber biological septic tank is a primary treatment system for domestic and similar wastewater, designed for residential buildings, condominiums, and community facilities. Rototec models comply with Italian Legislative Decree 152/2006 and the Interministerial Committee Resolution of 04/02/1977 regarding plant compliance standards.
Made of polyethylene (PE) with in-series compartments, the tank promotes sedimentation and anaerobic digestion of sludge.
PVC inlet/outlet fittings with deflectors ensure tightness and control of suspended solids.
Its modular design allows capacities up to 38,000 litres and 370 population equivalents (A.E.), with TAP800 covers and PP77 extensions available.

Features of the one piece two chamber biological septic tanks

Two-chamber septic tanks are reliable primary treatment units that operate as passive, stable, simple, and cost-effective purification systems. They are used as the primary treatment stage for blackwater from WC discharges serving domestic or equivalent wastewater.
The internal layout forces wastewater to flow slowly through the tank, enabling the settling of heavier solids and the separation of lighter substances (such as oils and greases).
During this process, anaerobic fermentation occurs, resulting in the breakdown and partial conversion of suspended solids into dissolved and colloidal materials. The effluent leaving the tank therefore contains a reduced concentration of solids.
Although septic tanks are generally used only as replacement units in existing systems, some local authorities still permit their installation.
