The Plus three-chamber septic tanks are reliable, passive wastewater treatment systems, designed to be stable, simple, and low-maintenance. They are used for the primary treatment of blackwater from toilets serving domestic or equivalent wastewater sources.
The tank’s configuration forces wastewater to flow slowly through the internal liquid mass, allowing for sedimentation of heavy solids and separation of lighter materials (oils, greases, etc.). During this phase, anaerobic fermentation occurs, promoting digestion and transformation of suspended solids into dissolved and colloidal forms.
The resulting effluent has a reduced solid concentration, primarily composed of stable compounds.

The Plus three-chamber biological septic tank is a prefabricated polyethylene (PE) unit for the primary treatment of domestic wastewater from residential buildings, apartment complexes, and community facilities. It complies with Italian Legislative Decree No. 152/2006 and local regulations (e.g. Circular 03/08 – Province of Bolzano; Annex A – Venice Municipal Regulation). This one-piece structure includes three dedicated chambers for settling, anaerobic digestion, and final clarification, producing a more stable effluent.
Routine inspections and scheduled desludging simplify management in both residential and collective applications.
